Owner Panel Home Page
After logging into the Bbot Owner Panel, you will have multiple headings to configure your Bbot settings.
Menu Management
The Menu column houses settings that are pertinent to your menu.
- Menus - Create, group, edit, and delete menu items and modifiers.
- Available Hours + Menu Settings - Change the times each different menu and prep stations are available.
- Presentation to Guests - Access settings related to what your guests see on your Bbot ordering page.
- Text Message Management - View your text message history and costs.
Financials
The Financials column houses tools to track orders, as well as view various reports.
- Payouts and Billing - This allows you to see active bills, control your payment methods, and connect or adjust the settings for your Stripe account.
- Past Orders - Find past orders to Refund Guests or Email Receipts to guests.
- Reports - View your sales, transfers from Stripe, and other relevant data.
Restaurant Setup
The Configuration section allows you to change numerous aspects of your Bbot ordering platform.
- Account Settings
- Promos + Discounts
- Service Charges
- Employees
- Tables/Location Codes
- Printer Configuration
- Support Text Alerts
- Guest Notification Set
- Order Grouping
- System Logs - This allows you to access the Printer Activity Feed, Integrations Activity Feed, Audit Trail, and Financial Activity Feed.
Integrations
This is where you can access the Bbot App Store to add or edit any integrations.
At the bottom of the page, there are additional links you can click on to access other sections of the Owner Panel.
- Terminal - Clicking the 'Terminal' button will take you to the Bbot Web Terminal where you can view orders on the Bbot KDS.
- Support - Clicking the 'Support' button will allow you to send an email to bb-support@doordash.com address.
- Settings - Clicking the 'Settings' button will take you to 'https://central.bbot.menu/article/1303-account-settings'.
Clicking the icon with the right arrow will log you out of your current session.
Multi-Vendor Accounts
If you are part of a multi-vendor account such as a food hall in which you have access to multiple different accounts then you will notice that at the top of your Owner Panel there is an arrow next to the name of the account that you are logged into.
Clicking that arrow will produce a drop-down that will allow you to search for and select which account you would like to view.
