Printer Activity Feed

The Printer Activity Feed allows a venue to view connected printers' status and possible issues. From the Bbot Owner Panel, navigate to the 'Restaurant Setup' section and click 'System Logs'.

You will then be able to select 'Printer Activity Feed'.

The Printer Activity Feed allows different 'Levels' of visibility indicating when an order prints successfully or any issues that might occur.

Good to Know - Information that isn't causing an issue with a connected printer but is useful to know.  

Potential Problem - Information about issues that may lead to a problem with a connected printer.  

Problem - Information about issues that are causing errors with a connected printer. 

The example above shows an error at '2:11:38 PM'.  Clicking on the error will provide a pop-up box with additional details.
