Messages on Menu Page

The 'Messages on Checkout Page' section allows you to enter specific messages based on whether food or drink is present in their cart or to leave messages that will always appear, regardless of what is ordered, when guests check out. For a clean checkout experience, use as few messages as possible and keep them brief!

  • Bottom of page, if any drinks in cart - If a guest orders an item classified as a drink in the menu item, the custom message you enter will appear at the bottom of the checkout page.
  • Bottom of page, if any food in cart - If a guest orders an item classified as food in the menu item, the custom message you enter will appear at the bottom of the checkout page.
  • Top of page, always shown - The message you enter here will always be displayed on the checkout page at the top, regardless of what items the guest order.
  • Bottom of page, always shown - The message you enter here will always be displayed on the checkout page at the top, regardless of what items the guest order.

If you want to leave a message for your guests on the 'Main Menu' page of your ordering site, the message will always appear below your menu banner.

You can then copy and paste the image URL into the "Source" field, as well as enter an image description and picture dimensions settings.
