Minimum Charges

Bbot offers a minimum charge parameter that blocks orders that fall under a pre-specified dollar amount. Our default minimum is $3 but we can set it to whatever price you would like. 

The minimum is configured to apply to the grand total of the transaction to the guest's card, including the product, fees, tax, and tip. This minimum does not apply to the subtotal. 

In the case of food halls or establishments with multiple locations, when a guest places a single order with items from multiple vendors/ locations, the minimum charge for each vendor/ location must be met within that cart.

You can also set minimum pretax purchase (before tax & tip) or minimum total charge (incl tax & tip) for specific Location Codes. To learn more about this functionality, please reference this article. 

Minimums cannot be set for individual menus or fulfillment stations.
