"Grab Another Drink" SMS Notification

Bbot is a platform that fully engages with your customers to ensure an optimal ordering and dining experience by providing text message notifications asking if the guest would like to order more when the guest has a tab open.

Your guests will receive this text message 20 minutes after their initial order was placed if the order included a drink. They will not receive more than one of these notifications per day. The menu link will direct them to the same location code that they had previous had ordered from. 

To ensure that text messages meet all legal requirements, a small disclaimer will be added to the Phone Number field on the checkout page.

This feature can be enabled or disabled by navigating to the Presentation to Guests section of the Bbot Owner Panel. From there you will find the "Grab Another Drink SMS Notification" setting.
