Q. Can I add a Service Charge if my Bbot account is integrated with my Aloha POS?

No, Aloha POS does not allow Service Charges at this time.

Q. How are Service Charges distributed within a multivendor setup?

Once set within the Owner Panel on the Parent, the Service Charge gets attached randomly to one of the orders produced by the checkout. This way, the Service Charge appears appropriately on the vendor's receipts. If that vendor then refunds all the items, the service charge moves to another vendor to stay constant.
