Cancel a Relay Driver

If you need to cancel a driver pickup for a Relay delivery order, you can do so from your Terminal. 

First, navigate to your KDS view and select the delivery order in question. Expand the order by clicking the icon in the top right-hand corner.

In the expanded order view, you will see a 'Manage Driver' option in the bottom right-hand corner.

A small pop-up window will open where you will be able to view the scheduled driver pickup time.

To cancel the driver, select the red 'X' button.
