Sales By SKU Report

Refining your Report
You can use the dropdown menus to refine this report.
Whole Day - This will set your set time frame parameters to whole days and there will be no need to set specific times of the day.
Custome Time Range - This setting will change the time frame parameters to include specific times.
Order Time - This setting will define your search time parameters to pull the report according to the times that the orders were made. 
Both Order Time and Fulfillment Date - To select this option use the blue plus sign next to the dropdown box. You can then use the date rage boxes to create a report that includes both date ranges for each variable.
Reporting Columns
The Sales By Sku report shows data for individual SKU numbers based on the time range selected for the following:
Report Category - Category name assigned to individual menu items for reporting. If no category is assigned then the default category ‘other’ is assigned. The Sales by Sku report displays the ‘Report Category’ associated with the ‘SKU’.

Menu Heading - The heading on the menu that the ‘SKU’ is assigned under.
Modifier Group - Any modifier group the ‘SKU’ is attached to will be listed here. Please see Add + Edit Modifier Groups for more information on creating modifier groups.
Item Name - The name of the menu item the ‘SKU’ is assigned to.
SKU - Stock Keeping Unit number that is assigned to an ‘Item Name’.

Total Items Ordered - Total number of items ordered under the ‘SKU’ within the time frame selected.
Items Delivered - The total number of items completed and not refunded for the ‘SKU’ within the time range selected.
Items Refunded - The total number of refunds issued for the ‘SKU’ within the time range selected.
Net sales pretax - Total dollar amount sold before tax for the ‘SKU’ within the time range selected.
Sales Tax - Total dollar amount of sales tax for the ‘SKU’ within the time range selected.
Total sales incl tax - Total dollar amount of sales after tax for the ‘SKU’ within the time range selected
