Shipday Integration

When delivery orders are received, the integration will inject delivery orders directly into your ShipDay account. To configure the Shipday integration, you will first need to create an account here

Once your account has been created, navigate to the Bbot App Store under the 'Integrations' heading in the Owner Panel.

From there, scroll down to the ShipDay tile and click the 'Connect Shipday' button on the tile.

After clicking 'Connect Shipday', you'll be presented with a popup window where you will need to enter the API key provided by ShipDay and click 'Enter'.

Once the integration is connected, please make sure that you have Required Checkout Information configured for Guest Name, Email Address, Delivery Address, & Phone Number to ensure that all necessary information is properly injected into Shipday.
