Ordering with Bbot

Guests may order through Bbot by visiting a venue's ordering website. If the guest's phone supports background NFC reading they may simply tap their phone on any NFC tagged location marker to be redirected to the ordering website.

If a guest's phone does not support NFC reading they can simply type in the URL on the tag (usually a website ending with .menu). They will then be prompted to enter the location code from the marker (if they are using NFC they will not see this prompt).

They will now be able to browse all menus currently available at that location.

Here they can tap on an item to choose from available options:

And add the item to their cart:

When all desired items are added to the cart the guest can tap on their cart icon if you are on a computer or the view cart button if you ar using a phone.

If the guest is using a computer or tablet, a window will open that allows them to view the contents of their cart and they can also input a promo code. If the guest is using a phone they will be taken directly to the Checkout Page.

When the 'Checkout' button is selected the guest will be directed to the checkout page.
