Web Terminal & Terminal App Supported Devices

We continuously update our web terminal and terminal app to release new features, improve functionality, and ensure an overall smooth experience for users. As our product evolves, some older devices, operating systems, and browsers will no longer be able to support it to its total capacity. Below is a list of the current minimum technical requirements needed to support the web terminal and terminal app fully.

If you're having issues with your device, please ensure that the operating system is fully up-to-date and that you are using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome as your browser. You can do so by checking for available system updates. If you are still having trouble, please contact Bbot Support at support@bbot.menu for further assistance.

For any device that is not supported, customers can use an older version of the Web Terminal which will still allow them to fulfill orders on the Bbot KDS.

*Note: The Bbot Terminal App can only be used on Bbot-managed devices purchased directly from Bbot. Any device not managed by or purchased from Bbot must use the Web Terminal to view orders on the KDS.

Android devices can access the device information page in the device settings and the Bbot app. This will can be found under the Settings Screen under Device Info.
