Onboarding Portal FAQ

Q. Why can't I access most sections in my Onboarding Portal? 

Your Onboarding Portal will be locked until you complete the first three tasks: Invite Users (Optional), Agree to Terms and Conditions, Set up Payment.

Q. What does the 'Need Help' button in each section of my Onboarding Portal do?

Use this button if you need help with a particular section in your Onboarding Portal.  This button will send your Implementation Specialist an email letting them know which section you are looking for help with.

Q. It's not allowing me to connect Stripe because it says my email is in use for another venue.  What should I do?
