Add Contact Information to Onboarding Portal (PreBot)

  1. Enter the contact info for the primary point of contact and the IT specialist. Be sure to press the blue "Save Contact" buttons once the information is entered.

  2. Enter the venue's physical address and click "Save Address."
  3. Enter the venue's mailing address.  If both addresses are the same, you may use the 'Same as Venue Information' checkbox. Click "Save Address."

  4. Click the blue 'Next Step' button.
