SevenRooms Integration

SevenRooms is a guest experience platform that helps hospitality operators leverage data. By integrating your Bbot and SevenRooms accounts, you consent to Bbot sending transactional information to SevenRooms for advanced marketing and personalization.

Here’s how to get started with integrating your Bbot and SevenRooms accounts:

1. Sign up for SevenRooms, if you haven't already.
2. Send an integration request email to support@bbot.menu that includes your SevenRooms Venue ID (provided by SevenRooms) and contact info (name and email address) of the best person for Bbot to send a contract addendum regarding the integration.
3. You or the contact you have designated will receive a contract addendum from legal@bbot.menu. Please complete and return the document to legal@bbot.menu, CC’ing support@bbot.menu.
4. That’s it! From here, Bbot Support will finalize your integration and contact you to confirm once it is complete.

If you wish to disconnect the SevenRooms Integration, navigate to the Bbot App Store and click the 'Disconnect' button on the Sevenrooms modal. 

A pop-up window will be displayed confirming that you would like to disconnect the Sevenrooms integration. Click the 'Disconnect' button again to remove Sevenrooms.
