Fulfillment Methods

Different fulfillment methods can be selected for Location Codes: 

Server Delivery

E.g. tables inside the restaurant, Hotel Rooms, Pool Side Dining

Patron Pickup

Takeout order workflow

Driver Delivery

Delivery using DoorDash / Relay integration, or the restaurant's own drivers

Patron Choice

Guest will be allowed to choose between Driver Delivery and Pickup

Runner With Command Center

Used for food hall setups; a runner will have a tablet where they are able to view and claim orders. The runner will pick up the order from the vendor and deliver it to the corresponding table.

Runner With No Feedback to Guest

Used for setups with an integration; orders go straight to the main POS system and are fulfilled without using the Bbot tablet/terminal. This will also eliminate status updates for the order tracker on the post-checkout page. Please note: This method can only be used for server delivery!

Pickup With No Feedback to Guest

Used for setups with an integration; orders go straight to the main POS system and are fulfilled without using the Bbot tablet/terminal.  A message can be sent to the guest when the order is initially placed, but no additional feedback will be provided through the status tracker on the post-checkout page. 

Catering

Guests are allowed to order catering delivery in advance. The establishment is able to approve or deny the order and then delivers the order at the corresponding date and time.

Robot Delivery

Server delivery via Bbot Robot; no servers are actually needed.
