Floor Manager Overview

  1. Login
    1. Create Employee Account in Owner/Admin Panel
      1. https://central.bbot.menu/article/288-how-to-add-a-new-employee
    2. Load up the app on tablet
    3. Login
      1. Use the new employee account created
      2. Insert employee pin
  2. Locations Tab
    1. Shows all of the current locations
    2. Clicking on any of the locations will bring up the past orders
  3. Stations Tab
    1. Showcases the currently linked and connected stations
      1. The computer icon on each station shows they are accepting orders
      2. The green play button icon shows the stations are online
    2. Clicking on a station will open up current orders that are linked to the station
  4. Search Orders Tab
    1. This tab allows the user to search for orders
      1. Here you can search by different criteria
        1. Order Number
        2. Hours in Past
        3. Location
        4. Phone Number
        5. Card Last 4
        6. Card Expiration Date
        7. Card Expiration Year
  5. Settings Tab
    1. Here this tab has a list of different options
      1. Device
        1. Shows the current device that is connected
      1. Configuration
        1. Allows you to see the full locations list
        2. Can also connect to a specific KDS
      2. Update Menu
        1. This button allows you to update the menu on the KDS if there has been a recent change done
      3. Refresh All Data
        1. This button allows you you refresh the tablet app, this might be used if there’s a connection issue or a recent update has happened
      4. Build Info
        1. This section is used for troubleshooting and debugging issues.

        1. Here you’ll find the different ways you can contact Bbot support

KDS Overview

  1. KDS
    1. You can swap to a specific KDS through (Settings -> Configuration -> Select Location)
    2. This screen will show three tabs at the top (if you don’t have future orders turned on there will only be two)
      1. Current Orders
        1. This section will show you the current orders
      2. Future Orders
        1. This section will show you the current orders waiting to be made at a later time.
        2. You can adjust the snooze alert timers for each order, or turn the snooze alerts off
      3. Past Orders
        1. Here you’ll find the past orders that have been completed already
  2. Tips
    1. This section will show the tips reports broken down by locations or all locations combined
    2. At the top you can adjust the dates to check past reports
  3. Search Orders
    1. This tab allows the user to search for orders
      1. Here you can search by different criteria
        1. Order Number
        2. Hours in Past
        3. Location
        4. Phone Number
        5. Card Last 4
        6. Card Expiration Date
        7. Card Expiration Year
  4. Menu
    1. Under the menu tab you’ll find the full menu linked to that location
      1. At the top you can search for specific menu items or modifiers
      2. You can also use this section to turn off (86) items
      3. Clicking on a menu item will open up a window with more info on the item
  5. Order Control
    1. Allow Ordering
      1. Here you can control if orders are turned on
      2. This is done automatically based on the schedule created for the location
      3. However you can also force this on if its outside of the scheduled time
    2. Service Conditions

Order Handling on Location Overview

  1. Locations
    1. Here you’ll see the pending, and delivered orders across all of the locations.
      1. Clicking into a location will pull the orders and show options for them
        1. Clear Guests
          1. This will wipe the order from the locations menu
        2. Re-order
          1. Allows the order to placed again
        3. Refund
          1. Here you can select the item to refund to the customer, this will require an admin pin.
          2. A refund reason is required to refund
      2. New Order
        1. Here the tablet can be used to create a new order
        2. Simply select which items are being ordered and select which seat the order is for.
          1. You can use the search bar to find specific items (beer, burgers).
          2. Special Request will allow the guest to insert special comments for orders
        3. Checkout
          1. Clicking checkout allows you to move the items around for the appropriate seat before payment
          2. Clicking on an item will allow you to split the item among the table guests as needed. (Example: guests splitting a pitcher)
          3. When a guest is ready to pay, you can simply click the blue “Checkout” button.
            1. This will open a new window
            2. Manual Card Entry
              1. Here you can pay manually with the guests card
            3. Start Tab
              1. With a card reader attached the guest can start a tab if they plan to continue ordering drinks
            4. Pay Now
              1. This will allow the guest to swipe their card and pay directly
        4. Pay Now
          1. This button will open a new window allowing the guest to pay directly.
          2. Select the appropriate tip amount
          3. And send receipts via email/sms
  2. Stations
    1. Under the Stations tab you can see current orders being processed, and at the bottom you can select to see the closed orders or orders that are snoozed to be made later.
      1. You can use this tab to also set the status of orders
