How to Start a New Customer Discount

You may want to start a discount for new customers. To do this, you’ll need to tie that discount to their email address, and they’ll need to use that email address when they create an account with Bbot.

To set up a new customer discount, follow these steps:

1. In the Owner Portal, select the 'Promos + Discounts' under the 'Restaurant Setup' section.

2. Navigate to the 'New Customer Discounts' tab at the top, and press the + to add a new discount.

3. Enter the name of the discount, the discount amount, whether the discount can have an unlimited number of uses per guest or the number of times it can be used or the date the discount will end. You can also add this promotion code to any other participating vendors.

4. Click 'Add'.
