Resetting a Password

To reset an employee's password or PIN, log into the Bbot Owner Panel and click 'Employees' under the 'Restaurant Configuration' heading.

Click on the pencil icon to the right of the employee's information to open up the editing options. 

Click the "Reset Password" button in the bottom left corner of the box to send a reset password link to the email for the employee. 

Once the password has been reset, you'll be directed back to the URL for your Branded Ordering Site.
