Integrated Menus in Owner Panel - Best Practices

Adding Integrated Menus to TOP Owner Panel

  • Navigate to Menus tab

  • Create a Menu
    • Name will Display on BOS - Can be different than linked menu name

  • Link to Integrated Menu
    • Multiple Integrated Menus can be presented under one Bbot menu if needed
  • Seperate menus are needed for different timed menus
    • Set timers accordingly to match integrated menu settings
  • Headers will populate on menu sync
    • Can force menu sync and refresh page

Headers and Items

  • Headers and Items will populate from linked menus after sync
  • Headings and Items cannot be renamed in TOP Owner Panel for integrated menus
  • Marking Stock will not work if inventory sync in enabled in integration settings
    • Will refresh on menu sync
  • Descriptions and Images will sync from integrated menu
Bulk Item Editing

  • Enable/Disable Items to remove integrated items from Bbot BOS
    • To Disable a whole heading: 
      1. Filter for heading
      2. Select All
      3. Edit 
      4. Fulfillment
      5. Enable > No
      6. SAVE!

Modifiers

  • Ensuring Modifier Group settings match integrated menu (Revel)

  • Disable Modifier Group that is not Cx-facing, but is still needed for staff orders

  • Disable all modifiers under a group - similar to steps shown for disabling a whole header

Tags

  • 5 Default Tags
    • Can be added to integrated menu items
    • Custom tags can also be created
    • Edit menu items to add the tag

Sorting and Organization

  • Menus, Menu Headings, and Modifier Groups can be sorted in their respective tabs in Bbot Menu Management

  • Menu Items can be sorted from the appropriate header in Menu Headings

  • Modifiers can be sorted from the appropriate Modifier Group
  • Sorted items are for the entire TOP account - Child accounts can be different
