Toast Restaurant Group Employee Access

Adding a Job code into Toast for Admin access to a restaurant group. This will only apply if you have a linked management account for a Food Hall setup or a Corporate Franchise group. Toast Restaurant Group Hierarchy Flow Chart

• In Toast, navigate to Jobs
• + Add Job
• Create new job 
• In the applies to selection box, choose the Management Group, name the Job as Food Hall Management Admin

• If adding a single Food Hall location, choose the location, name the Job as Food Hall 1 Admin

• Scroll down to Permissions 4. Restaurant admin - click override and then the checkbox for all
• Do the same for 6. Web Set up - click override and then the checkbox for all
• On 8.4 enable Manage integrations

• Save the Job Code 
• Apply the Job Code to the Bbot Admin Employee 
• In the Employee Profile, click on Restaurant Access
• To assign the Management group, select and all under will apply

• To assign a single Food Hall Location, select and all under will apply
