Nash Delivery Integration

Nash is a third-party delivery service that allows restaurants to connect with multiple delivery drivers in all 50 states and provides guests with the lowest quoted delivery fee. If they would like to use their own drivers, the restaurant can use Nash as a dispatch tool for deliveries.

Nash Integration Features

  • Creating Orders (Jobs): In order to create an order, Nash requires the information below. If any of the information below is changed, the order will need to be canceled and resubmitted to Nash as it may result in a change to the delivery quote for the guest.
    • Guest Name
    • Delivery Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
  • Selecting & Submitting a Quote: After the guest has placed their order and the checkout is complete, the quote is submitted to Nash. That finishes the creation of the delivery on their end however if there’s an error in submitting the quote, we cancel the checkout and refund the guest

Delivery Fees

  • Nash Delivery FeesWhen a guest proceeds to the checkout screen, the guest will be provided with the lowest delivery quote which will then send the order to the restaurant to be accepted. The delivery fee will be included in the total cost of the order and not passed on to the restaurant.

Connecting Nash

Before connecting the integration, sign up for an account with Nash at: https://www.usenash.com/

Once you are signed up, navigate to the Bbot Owner Panel and click on the 'Bbot App Store' under the 'Integrations' heading.

Use the drop-down menu and select 'Delivery'. This will be preset with our delivery integration interfaces including 'Nash'.

Click the 'Connect Nash' button and a pop-up window where you will need to enter the 'Nash API Key'. This will be provided to you by Nash upon signing up for their platform. If there are any special pickup instructions that the delivery driver should be aware of, you can enter them in the 'Pickup Instructions for Nash Driver' field.

If you are part of a food hall or other multi-vendor configuration, you will need to check the box for "Should orders from this account be delivered together with orders from other accounts?". This will pull up a drop-down that allows you to select the main account for the food hall. When this is turned on, multi-vendor orders will be sent to Nash as one combined order instead of as individual vendor orders.

Once you've completed all of the fields, click the submit button to connect the integration.
