Repeat Returns Integration
Repeat Returns is a loyalty provider which allows Bbot customers to offer discounts by utilizing their rewards program.
To connect Repeat Returns to your Bbot account, navigate to your Bbot Owner Panel and select ‘Bbot App Store’ under 'Integrations'.
Use the drop-down menu to select 'Reservations, Rewards, & More' or use the search bar to find the Repeat Returns Integration Tile.
Once you Locate the Repeat Returns Integration Tile click 'Connect'.
You will then need to fill in your Store ID which will be provided by Repeat Returns and will be used to communicate with the Repeat Returns API. Once you've entered your Store ID, click 'Enter' to complete the integration.
On the Checkout page, the guest will see the login and enrollment fields.
The first time a guest visits, they will be asked to enter their First Name, Email Address, and Phone Number to enroll. Once they complete the enrollment fields, the screen will display the restaurant's welcome offer (an incentive for enrolling in the program – in the screenshot below, it’s “$5 off your next order of $10 or more”).
After clicking the “$5 off your next order of $10 or more” button, the order in Bbot is automatically discounted (text on the right in blue in the screenshot below) and a message appears in the Rewards area that says “Your discount was applied”.
The next time the customer places an order from the same restaurant, they will enter the phone number or email address they used to register initially. The page will then show their current point balance along with any certificates, as a clickable button, currently available.
