KDS Smart Refresh
When interacting with the KDS in the Bbot Terminal, KDS Smart Refresh will help you focus on a current ticket which will prevent orders from moving when a new order is received.
When a new ticket is received in the KDS, a 'Refresh' button will appear in the bottom right corner of the KDS.
When the 'Refresh' button is pressed, it will display any new orders received, along with current orders. If the 'Refresh' button is not pressed, new orders will populate on the screen after 10 seconds of inactivity.
