Guest Experience: Post Ordering

Once guests have completed the checkout, they'll be directed to an order status page where they can see a summary of their orders as well the option to have your receipts emailed to you and enter a phone number to have text updates sent to.

By clicking the order number, guests can see a summary of the completed order as well as a 'status tracker' for each order, letting you know when the order has been accepted by staff and when it is on its way. These statuses may vary depending on the fulfillment method (pickup, delivery, dine-in). If you've placed more than one order, you will see your orders 'stacked' chronologically with the most recent on top. 

If a guest would like to have receipts for their orders resent to them, they can enter their email address in the field below and click 'Email Receipt'. They can also enter in a phone number to have updates regarding their order sent via text.

At the very bottom of the page, there will be contact information for the restaurant in case there is an issue with their order or if there is a dispute on a charge.
